This position pays between $40 and $60 per hour. Senior Data Analyst (12-month Contract) This role is responsible for Partnering with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data models and queries; Responding to ad-hoc requests from business and technology stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner; Writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources; Developing and maintaining data pipelines to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data; Building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize complex data sets and communicate insights to stakeholders; Performing data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and supporting investment decision-making; Staying up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and technologies, including but not limited to Python and DataIKU (experience with DataIKU a plus); Documenting data models, queries, and reports to ensure clarity and maintainability; Collaborating effectively with team members across different disciplines and time-zones; all other duties assigned. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data. - Proven experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Expertise in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports. - Experience with Python and Spark for data analysis - Experience with DataIKU (a plus). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
