🚀 Last week, the Battery Innovation Center (BIC) was proud to attend the Battery Workforce Challenge Workshop in Detroit! Representing BIC were Les Alexander, our CEO, Dennis Kountz, our Education Director, and Joe DiGiglio from Treetown Tech. This workshop marked an exciting step forward in building the future workforce for the EV battery industry. Les Alexander shared insights on the importance of innovation and collaboration to support workforce development and the EV sector's evolving needs. Joe DiGiglio also provided valuable Lithium Battery training, equipping attendees with critical skills needed to work safely and effectively with advanced battery technologies. ⚡️The BIC team is thrilled to work alongside industry leaders, the U.S. Department of Energy, and Stellantis to empower the next generation of engineers and technicians who will lead the charge in sustainable mobility.
