Congratulations to our Deputy Director Alan Tackett, Ph.D., UAMS distinguished professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, on receiving the prestigious Odyssey Medal from his alma mater, Hendrix College. Dr. Tackett is the Scharlau Family Endowed Chair in Cancer Research at UAMS and was recently named Executive Associate Dean for Basic Science Research in the UAMS College of Medicine.
