#COEURBATTANTDELINDUSTRIECOSMETIQUEMONDIALE #FRANCECARESFORYOURSKIN

At the core of Europe’s thriving beauty and personal care industry is a dynamic value chain – a powerful ecosystem of specialised companies working seamlessly together to create the high-quality products we all use every day. From sourcing the finest raw materials to meticulously crafting the final product, every stage of the process adds huge value. A perfect example is manufacturing facilities like Ancorotti Cosmetics S.p.A. in Italy, where Graziano Fumarola, COO, leads various departments to ensure that every detail, from procurement to assembly, meets the highest quality standards. “To me, my job is like putting together the pieces of a puzzle, or conducting an orchestra to play a perfect symphony. Coordinating this complexity is quite a challenge, but when you achieve the final result, you create something incredibly beautiful”, he says.
