The 235,835-square-foot facility is newly constructed, offering 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 53 loading docks and 69 trailer parking spaces and providing tenants with a location near Jacksonville International Airport, the city’s port district and interstates 95 and 295. “I am personally excited for this transaction,” STRO Founder Steven Millstein said. “1511 Zoo Parkway is ideally positioned to service future tenants with its proximity to the ports and major interstates. I view this asset as irreplaceable and one my family and partners are happy to have in our portfolios.
