Question: Who should participate in cybersecurity training and how often should it be happening? Answer: Everyone...and not just once a year to check the box. It's especially important for leaders within the dealership to be present and visible during cybersecurity training. Building awareness around cyber threats starts at the top. Offering shorter training courses throughout the year can keep the issue top of mind and put people in the right mindset to be on the lookout for potential threats.
