Pathways to Housing 🏠 Join us as we sit down with Stephen, Director of Community-Based Services, to discuss the impactful strides made by the Going Home program in 2023.
In 2023, the Going Home program successfully diverted or rapidly exited 187 of our neighbors from homelessness. Through this program, people find hope and stability, leaving behind uncertain situations for a chance at resolution. Going Home stands as an essential resource in our community, complementing interventions like permanent supportive housing and the shelter system.
As Stephen highlights, diversion plays a crucial role in addressing homelessness, redirecting individuals to supportive and safe environments. Thanks to ongoing support, Going Home is set to increase its impact by 30% in 2024. Your referrals, whether local or international, contribute to this vital mission. Let's continue working together to bring more of our neighbors home.
