Since 1955, we have produced cutting-edge workshops, competitions, and industry events, all to empower future generations of advertising and design professionals. Art directors, new media and print designers, writers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, animators, educators, and students alike, form the fabric of our membership. I gotta say, one of the things I love about Colorado is that it has some of the most talented, creative, and generous people I've met. We hosted another The One Club For Creativity Denver Mentor/Mentee event at 11 Dollar Bill in Boulder this past weekend. Thanks so much to Christopher Chapman, Noah Schneiderman, Liza Robbins, Melissa Schneider, Jamie Slade, Michelle Williamson, Jennifer Lester, and George Gier for taking time from their Saturdays to meet with some extremely bright students from University of Colorado Boulder. I was honored to have such an impressive group of mentors sign up for this event. As always, a big thanks to Jolene Fisher for helping to set it up. And I would be in trouble if I didn't say thanks to my my wife, Caroline Polk, who always attends to make sure I don't screw anything up. It is truly awesome to see how motivated and intelligent the next generation of advertising students are. Event Coordination: Helping with event planning, budgeting, venue booking, and volunteer coordination. Communication: Maintaining contact lists, managing social media, and communicating with sponsors and members. Financial Management: Assisting with financial reporting, bill paying, and scholarship administration. Compensation: Between $850 and $1,000 per year.
