You will be responsible for leasing, capital improvements, budgeting, and occasionally, financing.   Responsibilities: ·       Protect company interests in all aspects of leasing, including performing lease review, verification, and finalization ·       Manage all vendors and leasing teams in order to maximize the value of the investment ·       Negotiate and approve leasing proposals and capital expenditures throughout the course of the year, and monitor the cash flow from the investment ·       Review and approve the annual business plan, leasing plan, capital program, and operating budgets for each asset ·       Participate in the due diligence review for new investments including lease reviews, operation reviews, and assessment ·       Coordinate analytical support work/proformas/return analyses ·       Drive best practices and standardization in real estate and provide construction support, in coordination with operational leadership and facilities management ·       Responsible for the knowledge management, capture & sharing, of real estate functional excellence ·       CEO Support ·       CRE Underwriting, Acquisitions, refinancing, Sales ·       Vendor Manager ·       P&L Responsibilities and Reporting   Experience: ·       Minimum five years of real estate experience with asset management and transaction experience in multiple product types preferred ·       Relevant institutional real estate asset/portfolio management experience in the office and industrial, and retail ·       Strong project management and team skills ·       Thorough understanding of real estate investment structures ·       Strong analytic skills and the ability to train supervise and develop junior team members ·       5+ years of experience within Asset Management, Property Management, or Commercial Real Estate preferred   Education and Certifications: ·       Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Communications ·       LEED, CPM, RPA, PMP or ARM (preferred)
