This year’s Twin Cities Pride theme is #ShowYourColors and we here at Lacek encourage our LGBTQIA+ employees and clients to show them 365 days a year. 🌈 This month, we will be educating our employees on the history of Pride month and celebrating our diversity with different events all month long. Last year, we shared details with all employees internally about the historic Stonewall riot and other demonstrations, raids and events that served as the foundation for modern Pride celebrations. This year our agency is learning about the court cases that made public debate of the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals and the threats that face the community to this day.
