The presentation will focus on "Maryland Cannabis Regulatory Requirements and the Implications of DEA Rescheduling." Given the recent announcement of the DEA's intention to reclassify medical cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III, the presentation will address the potential changes in federal regulations and their effects on state laws and obligations.
