This #WorldMentalHealthDay, The Granite YMCA joins a global call to action to prioritize mental health in the workplace. Employed adults spend more time working than any other activity during their waking hours. At its best, work provides meaning, purpose and joy. Yet, too often, it detracts from our mental well-being. With depression and anxiety affecting workplaces globally, the Y invites you to join us in championing mental health in the workplace. Together, we can create environments where everyone has the potential to thrive! Learn more at wmhdofficial.com.

As the weather cools and the leaves start to fall, we can't help but reminisce about summer. We are filled with gratitude and excitement as we reflect on the impact our donors had on our Day and Overnight campers this year. Thanks to your generosity, we have touched the lives of thousands of young people and made this truly a summer to remember. Together, we are witnessing the extraordinary power of our community coming to invest in the lives of future campers, forging connections that will last a lifetime, and shaping the leaders of tomorrow. Please consider helping even more campers reach their full potential by making a gift today: https://bit.ly/3T0Drgh
