**Urgent Volunteer Request for Non-Profit (501c3 Public Charity)** We're urgently seeking volunteers for the next 2-3 weeks for our non-profit arm. All positions, whether contracted, short-term, or long-term, are unpaid, myself included. While there's no financial gain, the benefits of being part of this mission are immense. We're forming a close-knit group focused on the safety of our community and preventing further loss of life. If you're interested in joining, please reach out to me via Signal or in person. We have 6 free M365 Business Premium licenses available, reserved for those committed to the long haul. If you're interested, check the current Project Team vacancies, choose where you can contribute, and contact me to get started. These volunteer positions, though unpaid, will look great on your resumé and LinkedIn. You're welcome to take on multiple assignments if you think you can excel in them. While we're campaigning for more licenses, our current Microsoft grant is a lifeline. A few individuals have committed to ongoing volunteer work for specific deliverables, and we're seeking more volunteers to join the effort. Some immediate priorities include getting our building up to code, substance abuse peer counseling, harm reduction management, and financial management (if you're skilled in QuickBooks, you're especially needed). External volunteer contractors will manage their own emails and have restricted guest access to our internal M365 platform. This may change if more licenses become available. Finally, though this project is structured as a corporate autocracy for efficiency, you'll have full autonomy in your role. I reserve the right to make final decisions but welcome constructive criticism. What I’ve learned is those that find autonomy and curse words absurd often perpetrate the most violence. I call them the “not in my backyard” crew or the KKKarens. I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing first hand how their feigned sensibilities mask active violence as they decry self-defense as a crime. Lucky for me, I’ve seen a lot of schoolyard bullies in my life. So I know how this goes. 🥳
