Biophilic Cities

In 2022 Raleigh became a Biophilic City, joining a global network of partner cities working to “conserve and celebrate nature in all its forms,” furthering its commitment to climate action and connecting nature and people in urban spaces. 🌳🌲 Join us at Dix Park on Wednesday, September 25th as we welcome Dr. Tim Beatley the founder and executive director of Biophilic Cities – we’ll learn about his work and advocacy in green urbanism, Raleigh’s progress since joining the Biophilic Cities Network, and what actions we can all take to make Raleigh a more sustainable, equitable, and resilient community.
