The Arc of Indiana is pleased to announce the addition of two key staff members to The Arc of Indiana team, David Dalton, chief operations officer; and Tom Crishon, chief legal officer. David previously served as partnership liaison for the Mosaic Center for Work, Life + Learning, a community-based unit within IU Health. His professional focus has been on advocating and empowering youth and adults to access education and employment opportunities. Tom previously served as general counsel and legal director at Indiana Disability Rights (IDR), where he led a legal team, managed litigation, and shaped strategic legal initiatives that substantially impacted the rights of people with disabilities. We are thrilled to have David and Tom bring their experience and skills to advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at The Arc of Indiana.
