About us
I am an accidental leader. After starting my career as a radio DJ in high school I eventually struck out on my own, opening an advertising agency. After several years, that agency failed and my partner and I went our separate ways. Part of that failure was financial, and part was my ability to be a perfect asshole in my attempts to channel my inner Steve Jobs. After starting another agency 15 years ago, I knew that my root system was holding me back from being the leader my team needed me to be. This podcast reflects my journey of a lot of hard work and investments in myself to grow as a leader and gain a better understanding of what a “good culture” really is and the many benefits my team and my clients gain from that.

Johnny Depp once said: "What you decide to tolerate more than once will inevitably become a repeated pattern. By not setting clear boundaries, you teach others—and yourself—that certain behaviors or situations are acceptable, even if they make you uncomfortable or harm you. Whenever you allow something that goes against your principles or well-being, you open the door for it to happen again. Setting boundaries is not just a matter of firmness, but of self-respect."
