Larry Driver, MD Pain Medicine Houston Inspired by a preventable injury to a child in his neighborhood, Larry Driver, MD, banded with physicians and local police in San Angelo in 1994 to give out 50 helmets to young patients, founding the Hard Hats for Little Heads program, which now celebrates its 30th anniversary.
