**An important message about Bill Juarez** This is Bill’s sister, posting to his valued network on his behalf, and at his request For those who do not know, Bill passed away on Saturday, August 3rd, as a result of a very late cancer diagnosis. He was surrounded by his closest family as he made his transition. We had the opportunity to spend his last days with him, which was an absolute gift. We learned a lot about his network, his friends in business, his wider network of associates, and how much they meant to him. Actually, that’s an understatement. His relationships nurtured throughout his time in the beverage industry were paramount to him. It gave him such joy to be in your lives, to be welcomed by you, to be supported by you, and to call many of you part of his family and closest friends. Bill was incredibly loyal, and it meant so much to him to be able to mentor people in the industry. Many people have called him groundbreaking in the industry, some have even said that without him maybe there wouldn’t be an industry in the way it exists today. Of course, I can’t speak to this personally, but I do appreciate the sentiments. If you were lucky enough to be in Bill’s circle, you were very lucky indeed. He had a way of touching people that truly lifted them, and changed them for the better. He was also lucky enough to have the same reciprocated to him by so many. For those of you who were close to Bill, you understand that family was number one to him. His wife, Cherie, who passed away almost a year ago to the day of his passing, and his daughter. Alex, were his reason for living. As you can imagine, Alex has lost so much over the last year. Bill’s dying request was for us to start a GoFundMe as a way to help Alex get on her feet to grieve these tremendous losses in her time. As such, I am including it here for anyone who may feel compelled to donate, or share to their network in his memory. You can also read about his journey over the last six weeks as he dealt with this debilitating illness. For those who have reached out and asked how they can help, for those who have shared the GoFundMe, and for those who have already donated, we can’t thank you enough. We know that it means everything to Bill - and to us too! Bill will surely be missed by many, not just his family, but his friends and his business associates as well. We have been flooded with messages of love and support, and there have been a lot of tears shed. Thank you for loving our brother, for accepting him, and supporting him, and bringing so much joy to his life 🙏

How do I get going in one the biggest beverage and food markets in the world? As an Incubator, our focus is on starting brands and growing brands. We focus on the top 00 independent accounts in Southern California. Our reps visit the account, make the delivery, get the reorders and focus the attention to the details. You get detailed sales reports, pictures of every account and ongoing feedback. Because we are an incubator, our perspective is of the supplier versus a normal distributor. While we do have many fundamental similarities, our goal is really to have your brand graduate our system and move your brand to a large solution that can take you to an even higher level. How is an incubator different then a distributor? • We focus on a limited number of accounts within the market. Our focus is quality versus quantity. • Our focus is attention to the details. Let’s face it, things like price points, point of sales and making sure your bottle is facing the right direction are important; especially in the early years of a brand. • Our contracts have no long-term commitments or buy outs in our contracts. As an incubator, we don’t want stop you from growing your brand. If that means you have an opportunity to do so then you should take it.
