We are pleased to welcome James Afsharian and Isabella Woodward to the Tempting Talent team! They are both joining as Associate Consultants, with James focused on the Financial Services Recruitment market and Izzy focused on the Professional Services Recruitment market. They will join Sam Norris and Jacob Raine's team, focused on placing the industry's top performing billers.

Congratulations to Sam Norris, on his promotion to Managing Principal, at Tempting Talent! Sam will be promoted to Managing Principal in record time. He has had excellent billing performance, placing top revenue generating talent and also securing investment for a new start-up executive search agency. However, his strongest achievement has been his personal development. He has been a great manager, coach and mentor for Jacob Raine (in the picture below). Sam has developed into a true leader at Tempting Talent and is now a market-expert in the Financial Services search industry. Well done Sam, thank you for your commitment to our values and passion for growing our business.
