In my recent Leadership Self Study, as part of my Teleos Leadership Institute coursework, a point that resonated deeply with me was how one of my former team members described my leadership style: “Team members trust you because you are always transparent and genuine in your interactions.” Authenticity and trust have always been fundamental to how I lead. I believe in cultivating an environment where open communication and transparency are not just values on paper, but are demonstrated daily. It is critical that my colleagues and team members feel valued and empowered to collaborate effectively, take risks, and achieve our shared goals. For me, this is more than just strategy; it’s about building a positive, fulfilling work culture where we all thrive. When trust is evident and strong, teams are more innovative, more resilient, and ultimately more successful!

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation! 🎉 Obtaining this certification was a personal stretch goal I’ve had my eyes on for many years. It has been such an expansive journey. I’ve had the opportunity to meet executive coaching colleagues across the nation who are doing profound work at all levels of systems from individuals to global entities. It is an honor to serve and coach as the paradigms in leadership are rapidly shifting. I am equipped with the expertise needed to partner with leaders in navigating personal development around emotional intelligence, intentional change, somatic processing and transformation, in order to serve at the highest capacity. We are not meant to walk our paths of growth alone. I have had the great honor of having dynamic coaches and mentors throughout my life and have learned it is not necessarily our job or title that makes a difference, but how we show up for ourselves and others.
