Teeple Partners’ latest development partnership, Oaks on Jones Rd LP, is pleased to announce that we’re bringing 315 new class A, market rate multifamily units to the Bryan/College Station market. This is the first of a three phase development on 53+ acres that will bring approximately 1,000 new housing units to the Bryan/College Station area.
