Meet 2024 TEDxURI presenter, Adelina Herbst! She is a current student at the University of Rhode Island pursuing a Double Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering through the Fulbright program. Her passion lies in promoting sustainability within MCE, steering our society towards more environmentally friendly industrial solutions. (The need for proper waste disposal, and how I want to innovate battery waste treatment.)” Aside from her education, she also had a phenomenal opportunity to co-organize the TEDxTUDarmstadt e.V. 2022 event as a member of the Creative Team, where she helped the presenters develop their talks, abide by TEDx rules, and deliver amazing ideas worth spreading.
