Well, The National Cancer Institute in Maryland recently analyzed data from three major US health studies launched in the ’90s that gathered data on people’s daily multivitamin use and discovered that people who took daily multivitamins had a 4% higher mortality rate than those who didn’t. 🙃 Another easy button busted. The thing about easy buttons in life and business is that most are only a shortcut to more or worse problems. 👉🏻 If you want success with just about anything, you have to do what I'm about to share with you in today's rant.
