"We find interns that are doing more than just working end up being better employees, they end up being more engaged employees," says Mary Ruelle, M.A., TechBuffalo's higher education program lead. "It also makes your internship more attractive." PowerUpTech is thoughtfully designed to enhance your internship experience, connecting interns to our community. Why? So we can continue to grow our talent pipeline by inspiring them to stay in Western New York once they graduate.
