We are proud of Debbie Kalita, who has been nominated as a PLUS Emerging Leader! In the more than five years that Debbie has been with TDC Specialty, she has advanced from underwriting support to senior underwriter. From the outset, Debbie demonstrated a bright future and a zest for learning. Her commitment to personal and professional growth is evident, including her active participation in PLUS, completing advanced courses, and obtaining her RPLU+ in record time. Debbie is also a member of the TDCSU Charitable Giving Committee. She is an inaugural committee officer and played an integral part in the development of its charter and giving guidelines. Despite a busy schedule, she has managed these responsibilities with grace, demonstrating her integral role in the company’s charitable endeavors. Debbie's proactive learning approach, leadership, and achievements enrich the managed care team of which she’s a part, as well as the entire TDCSU organization.
