Ten years ago, to lower cost and increase quality, our founders decided to bring construction and materials procurement in-house for all of their apartment acquisition and renovation projects. They scoured the globe to find the top factories of the most well known and high-end brands producing flooring, bath, kitchen and interior finishes.
