The Arcticom Group Gatorade Brigade 2024 Day 2 Again what a privelage to be able to go out and show our appreciation for the life blood of our company. Our Super Technicians are out saving a grocery store near you but wearing new safety glasses and gloves armed with misting fans instead of capes. It has been so hot the decals on the cooler melted off and these guys strap on boots and show up.

TAG - Gatorade Brigade 2024 - DAY 1 What a blessing to work with a company that cares so much for its employees. With Temperatures in the tripple digits and our service technicians working tirelessly to protect Americas food supply. A little token of appreciation goes a long way. I know I was a service tech for 13 years. Today I had the opportunity to go out visit with some guys on jobsites and not only bring some cold drinks, hats and ppe. We also were able to bring a gift of our appreciation to our hard working team and suprise the guys with portable misting fans to help them stay cool. I was joined with our newest HR Courdinator Alexis Pena who was eager to climb ladders and go into hot dirty machine rooms to get a feel for our guys jobs today. Was a pleasure chatting with her today and her devotions to helping our team. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The Arcticom Group is the place to be !
