As I was walking out of the office today, something felt different. I couldn’t put my finger on it until I glanced at the empty desk to my left… then it clicked. This evening will mark the final week of my “solopreneur” journey. Don’t get me wrong - the long hours, sweat, and tears aren’t over for me in the slightest - in fact, they might be just beginning! 😂 On Monday, That 1 Painter Richmond will welcome its first new team member with open arms. Over the last 6 months, I’ve put everything I had into building our business, and I’ll continue by putting everything I have into growing our first of many new teammates into the best they can possibly be.
