Syprett Meshad president Michael Resnick has been unanimously reelected to a third term as president of the Bern Creek Homeowners’ Association. Bern Creek is a rural equestrian community located east of I-75 in Sarasota County. Mike and his wife have lived in the neighborhood for over 15 years.

Hired in 1984 as a delivery and errand “runner” without an ounce of experience in the legal field, Patricia Ann Roby quickly established herself as an invaluable right-hand to the founding partners of our firm. She dedicating herself to learning the intricacies of the legal field and law firm management, and over the years, Patricia assumed more responsibilities in accounting, staff management, community and nonprofit engagement, and keeping the office running smoothly. By 1999, in recognition of her expanded duties and contribution to the firm, Patricia was named Firm Administrator, and for the last 24 years, she has been helping steer day-to-day operations for our firm as it has expanded to serve the diverse needs of clients in an ever-growing community.
