Swift Real Estate Partners is excited to welcome four interns to its San Francisco office this summer, Luke Charpentier, Mariel Rocca, Chandler Peatross, and Sam Bass. During this engaging program, the interns will get real investment experience, shadowing our Bay Area investment team. The interns will get a first-hand look and hands-on experience in asset & portfolio management, including exposure to underwriting, leasing, and construction. The intern team will tour assets in the Bay Area and towards the end of the program, will present a potential acquisition to Swift’s Investment Committee.  Luke Charpentier attends the University of Texas, studying finance with a minor in accounting Mariel Rocca attends New York University’s Stern School of Business, studying business with a concentration in finance & real estate Chandler Peatross attends Tulane University, studying business management  Sam Bass attends the University of Texas, studying finance with a minor in real estate We are excited to have such talent join us in San Francisco for the summer!  #commercialrealestate #team #summerinternship   Thank you, Molly
