Working from home habits that keep you healthy: ·      Create a schedule- Creating a schedule helps you divide your time and allows you to set reachable goals. ·      Dress for work-   Getting dressed for work triggers the brain to learn behavioral patterns such as preparing for the day ahead. It also signals the brain that work is over when the work clothes are changed to something more comfortable. ·      Create a work office space- Creating an office space at home has many challenges. It is still important to make this space to separate work and home life. Avoid having your workspace in your bedroom. Bedroom office space can create anxiety, stress, and issues disconnecting. ·      Get Some Sunlight- It is VERY important that you give your body Vitamin D. This comes from sunlight. Vitamin D helps your bones absorb calcium which benefits your bones, teeth, and muscles. Another VERY important benefit of Vitamin D is it supports a healthy brain by regulating insulin levels, which can improve sleep and moods.  Also gives you healthy hair! ·      Take Breaks-  Give your brain a break! Block off time slots throughout your workday, and don’t forget to take a lunch break. During your breaks you can have healthy snacks, get some sun, walk around for healthy blood flow. Communicate- Talk to your Team members. Texting, calling and video chats are always a great way to keep a healthy social balance. As long as this does not interfere with your goals and task, you should have communication time with your Surus Team and Agents office. #healthylife #remotehappiness #surusteam
