🎉 Join us in applauding Lauren, who has been chosen as August's President's Choice Award Winner in Columbus!🏆 Lauren holds a dynamic role at SBG and executes her responsibilities at a high level. As a member of our Administration team, Lauren has gone above and beyond in her support of various departments. She joined the team in November of 2022 as a part-time Customer Service Associate and quickly became considered a highly valuable resource among the entire Columbus team. Lauren never shies away from volunteering to help fill gaps in the many workstreams throughout the office. Most recently, she assisted the Operations team with our inventory process, learning cycle counts, receipt audits, and recon tasks. She was also instrumental in working through aged Accounts Receivable from suppliers and helped collect and reduce the amount significantly. Not only does Lauren make a tremendous impact on the work she assists with, but she also does it with an infectious, positive attitude. She has developed a reputation at SBG for being a kind, diligent associate, reliable in her efforts, and a quick learner. Her mindset and output have significantly impacted management and her peers by consistently demonstrating the characteristics in our Vision Statement. 🌞 What a Weekend at Jellystone Park! 🌞 SBG teams came together for a fun-filled day of golf at Lyons Den Golf Course, and then we headed over to Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp Resorts for a competitive cornhole tournament, swimming, and, of course, plenty of great food. After carrying out all of his everyday responsibilities on his route, Joe returned to the warehouse and proceeded to run a shuttle route in Newark. Joe will even ensure no more trucks still need to be docked after coming back and will coordinate with our Warehouse Associates to build pallets more systematically for easier stacking and unloading. With high-quality customer service and consistent communication with the sales team, Joe has become known as one of our best Delivery Drivers.
