Ready to future-proof your bus fleet? As the push toward zero-emissions bus fleets accelerates, STV's proprietary Performance and Evaluation of Electric Bus Routes (PEER) tool is helping transit agencies navigate the complexities of this transition. PEER goes beyond basic energy consumption metrics. It offers a detailed simulation of an entire bus network, from route elevations to temperature impacts. STV’s Branden Tolle and David Casper break down how this allows agencies to make informed decisions on fleet transitions. 👇

The historic Belden G. Bly Drawbridge in Massachusetts has become a primary cause of gridlock along Route 107, opening around 40 times per day during peak summer months and frequently getting stuck in the open position. To improve traffic and enhance safety along the corridor, MassDOT commissioned a replacement structure with a modern, more resilient and efficient structure. We are proud to serve as the engineer-of-record for the replacement of the historic drawbridge, and in collaboration with MassDOT and SPS New England, Inc. we are paving the way for a more efficient and safe #transportation corridor. 🤝
