Guiding $5M-$35M firms to multiple 8-figure growth | People, Practice, Profit, & Revenue Optimization | $100M+ generated

I didn’t want to post today. Or yesterday. Or the day before. But… I did it anyway. When I was leading businesses, There were days I didn’t want to lead. (Quite a few, actually.) But… I did it anyway. When I was a Marine, There were definitely days I didn’t want to be a Marine. Didn’t want to show up. Didn't want to get up. But… I did it anyway. The key is: It’s okay to NOT WANT to show up. It’s normal. But it’s not okay to NOT show up. You have to keep showing up. Especially on the days you don’t want to. Because that is when it matters most. --- Have a great weekend everyone.

If you were given $1M to invest in your business And had to generate 100% return in the next 12-months What would you invest in? I ask this to the leaders I work with. And I get a variety of answers. - Tech - People - Advertising - Production capability And my favorite (said sarcastically), "Ah, I'm not really sure." When I follow up with: "Great. How will that generate a 100% return?" I often get little response or generalities: "More salespeople will produce more sales..." "This backend application will help our retention." "The technology will give us the data to know what to invest in..." And really, that's the norm. The reality for most businesses. They don't have a clear line of sight into what drives the greatest return in their business. And what they should be over-indexing on. But occasionally, there's a leader who knows exactly what to do: "I'd invest in this acquisition channel. We've tested its scalability and it consistently generates 3-4x returns. We're freeing up cash flow now to do just this." Or "We have more demand than we can handle. I'd invest in production capability to meet demand and we'd actually exceed that 100% return." Ideally, every business has this level of clarity. And that's part of what I do. Because with this knowledge, scaling isn't just possible—it's inevitable. And it becomes a predictable process. Making informed decisions, focusing on high-impact areas, and driving consistent growth. --- Do you know exactly where to put your time and money for maximum impact?

You don't have a business problem. You have a... People problem manifesting in your business. A personal problem manifesting in your business. A life problem being reflected in your business. Solve the people, personal, or life problem... And the business problem will take care of itself.

Had a convo with a guy running a $30M consultancy. Plus ridiculously high margins. Here's a guy running a business many would love to run. And he's crushing it financially, as well as at home. But when you look closely. Look at the numbers. He's a failure. In fact, Every day he's failing most of the time. You see, he still takes calls and meetings with prospects. And while he's clearly good at what he does, He's only closing 20% of those meetings. So for every 100 conversations, 80 of them result in 'No.' The majority of people he talks to respond... "Thanks, but no thanks." He's rejected over and over again. He's failing more often than he is winning. And yet... He's still winning. Crushing it. Because he knows that it takes failing 80% of the time. To get to the winning 20%. And there's a foundational lesson there for anyone aiming to build a multiple 8-figure business.

Take your conversations beyond the platform. You get a glimpse of people through their posts. Their comments. Messaging back and forth. But these interactions only scratch the surface. And share little about the person on the other side. There are amazing people here. Why not take the conversation deeper? Why not get to know just how amazing they are? Jump on a video call. Or if you're fortunate to be in the same area, meet up for coffee. Or if you're a baller, jump on a plane and fly to meet them. And no expectations. Just the chance for good conversation and getting to know one another. The more you do this, the more you'll appreciate who they really are. People like Edison Apolonio, my Australian brother from another mother. Or Fran Callado, my brother in Portugal. Or Jonathan Butterworth, whose personal story is even more compelling than his high-reaching posts. Or Neela K. Singh, whose life is as fascinating as her posts. Or Hina Sohrab, JC Rodriguez, Marty Wallwood, Yiorgos Tzirtzilakis, Josh Miekley 🏀, Andrew Neiderman, Andrew Dawson, Kelly White, Lauren Wells, Aju Sasi, Andrea Shtjefni, Dritan Vreshta, Elvis Plaku, MBA, Eni Xheko, Jori Vila, Michael Schubert and the list goes... On and on and on... So many cool people. (Way too many to list here.) So if your interaction is limited to just this platform, You’re seriously missing out on the real opportunity here.

There's so much noise about what to do. The challenge is figuring out what's real. The legit, foundational stuff. The stuff that actually works. As opposed to what most information is... Just noise. For example, my feed is full of posts like: - Create a stunning banner - Create a hook-worthy headline - Make your profile your landing page - Grow your follower count - Build a personal brand - Build a community - Post every day And while these tactics are important. Even valuable. They're not the needle-moving, Foundational things that, when done well, Make everything else almost trivial. Really, without a solid foundation... These things might as well just be noise. And a distraction from what you should be doing. Now how can I say this when the rest of LI is saying the opposite? Well, consider this: What good is having a community, if you have no way of helping and supporting it? What good is having 100k followers, if you can't monetize that following? What good is having a: - Personal brand - Stunning banner - Engaging headline - Amazing 'About' section If you don't have a solution to a problem that people are desperately looking for someone to solve? (And ideally, lots of people.) A solution that people will pay handsomely for. Because when you have that... Not much else matters. When you've identified a market, With a real problem. Desperately seeking a solution. A solution better than what's currently available. And you have that solution... These people will seek you out. They'll find you. They'll give you their credit card number before you even ask for it. And it doesn't matter if you have a... - Attractive banner - Million followers - Good headline - Killer website - Newsletter I've worked with 8 and 9-figure businesses that don't have the above. In fact, from that perspective, you'd question how they're even in business. And yet, their businesses are massive. Because they're focused on what's real. Identifying a real problem, With a big enough market, And solving it better than most. While ignoring all the noise in the process. Do that first, and then... Do all that other stuff.

I was scared to death to cold call, So I did this and it led to $1.5M. When I got into business, I was told I needed to sell. And the way to do that was cold calling. So I gave it a go. And... I HATED IT. The make-you-want-to-throw-up-and-then-jump-off-a-bridge kind of hate. Partly because it was extremely inefficient. The other part... Well, because I had to talk to 1000s of people and got rejected by most of them. So one day, I said enough - there's got to be a better way. I wrote out the offer and sent it to 1000s of people. Now I was getting rejected even more. But at least it wasn't on the phone. And it didn't take me all day. I could reach 1000's of people in an hour. Where that would have taken weeks before. And then something funny happened. I got a response. He said he wanted to talk. So we talked. And... He became a client. And over time that led to $1.5M+ in revenue. --- I sent 1 message To 1000s of people Which resulted in 1 client And over $1.5M. And I didn't have a marketing background. Or use any fancy tech. Or know what the heck I was doing. --- Sometimes we overcomplicate things. When the reality is, All you need is 1 message to reach the right person. --- Get your message to more people and find that 1 right person.

Pricing might be the most underrated strategy, To quickly and profitability grow your business. But why is that? Well... It's not as flashy as marketing. It doesn't have the same appeal as ops, tech, or sales. Or any other growth strategy for that matter. And there's a lot of fear around pricing. Mention 'revisit pricing' to a CEO and it's like you've suggested they walk a tightrope without a safety net. "Whoa. Risky. What if we lose customers?" And yet. When you do revisit pricing. And do it right. Almost nothing is more powerful, immediate, or profitable. Marketing demands time, testing, and money. New product development? Same story. Building a sales team? Loads of time and training. Retaining customers? That's a long game. Or, in the meantime... You can adjust your pricing model. Like this guy. Who's adding a net 7-figures to his business with one minor adjustment. And he's just getting started. --- Ready to revisit your pricing? Msg me.

You charge $5k a month? Me: "Or $3k. Or $7k. Or... Less or more, depending on the situation." A typical conversation with someone curious about my work. And I always get the follow-up question: "Why would someone pay that much?" My response is always the same: To you, $5k/month... Or $100k/year... Or [insert amount here]... Might seem expensive. But you're looking at it wrong. To the CEO whose problems are costing her company $20k/month. The business owner who's losing $100k/month in sales. The company whose recent growth spurt is about to implode without a solid foundation to support it. Or the entrepreneur losing millions in potential earnings each year... And let's not forget their: - Evenings away from family - Stress-filled days - Sleepless nights Not working with someone like me isn't saving them money. It's costing them money. Lots of it. And solving their problems for only $5k/month isn't an expense. It's a blessing. --- Find those who recognize they have a problem and need your solution. They will view your services as a blessing, not an expense.

If you're leading a business, a team, or are on a team This is for you... --- When someone says something but shows a different pattern. Believe the pattern, not the words. --- They're called 'red flags' for a reason. Don't minimize them. Believe what you're seeing. And act accordingly. Your future self will thank you. --- Trust is earned in consistent actions over a period of time. Not consistent apologies or empty promises. --- The people who tell you why it can't be done... Are not the people who will help you get it done. --- Don't fall in love with a person's potential. Fall in love with their performance. --- You have an intuition. Make sure you use it. --- P.S. What would you add? --- Aspire to Multiple 8-Figure Growth? Follow along for proven systems, actionable strategies, and insightful stories.
