Our hearts go out to employees and their families that have been impacted by hurricane Helene, and appreciate those working to respond to the disaster. Please know there are additional leave options and flexibilities, so please check with your HR offices to learn more. We have been working hard to make sure our employees are supported, so each employee will have available an additional 16 hours (two days) of paid CSL leave specific to storm-related activities to expire on December 31, 2024. This increases the maximum amount of paid CSL leave from 24 hours to 40 hours for the remainder of 2024. https://lnkd.in/e_pmjp7V #Work4NC #HurricaneHelene
