As a mentor to our Engineering Technicians, he has addressed numerous questions related to electronics and product functionality, playing a crucial role in developing prototypes. 🐶 His support has also been vital in troubleshooting warranty returns and manufacturing issues. During the design process for future models, Scott provided critical insights by reviewing schematics and board layouts and conducting extensive tests on batteries, power supplies, and power cables to ensure our product quality. 🐾 On the customer service front, Scott confirmed that our collars do not overheat when charging on their cradles. Most recently, he conducted a thorough analysis of the static correction feature, proposing enhancements to its safety.
