Earlier this year, we kicked off the 3rd Cohort of the Accelerate: Frontline Leader Development Program, and recently celebrated 20 SJI Leaders' successful completion of the 5-month program. This program is targeted at upskilling frontline leaders in key leadership skills such as leveraging strengths, setting effective team objectives, driving performance, creating inclusive and engaged workplaces, and delivering coaching and development opportunities to help foster the growth of themselves, their team, and SJI. As part of the program, participants attended workshops and coaching sessions. Through assessments and intersession activities, leaders gained insight into their strengths and communication styles to lead high performing teams to help drive results within their teams to meet the company’s strategic initiatives. We concluded the program by inviting leaders from all levels and diverse leadership backgrounds to share their leadership journeys and experiences with our graduates through a panel discussion. Their insight was appreciated and will help shape the future leadership development initiatives at our organization. To celebrate this milestone, a small graduation ceremony was held at SJI’s Folsom campus. Thank you, Team Leaders, for your support and congratulations to all 20 graduates!
