Another season of CHOP is in the books, and it was a huge success! 👩🍳🔥 Over the past six weeks, our mentees and mentors teamed up to create delicious, healthy meals, competing and learning side by side in our competitive cooking program. From kitchen skills to teamwork, CHOP has been a fun and empowering experience for everyone involved. Congratulations to all the teams for bringing their best to the table! 🍽️💪

We had a fantastic time at our recent Mentee Applicant Meet & Greet! 🙌 This event was a wonderful opportunity for potential new mentees and staff to connect, get to know each other, and experience Son of a Saint firsthand. We’re excited to welcome new faces to our growing family and continue our mission of transforming lives through mentorship and support.

Another incredible year at the Fried Chicken Festival! 🍗 We had an amazing time volunteering and celebrating our ongoing partnership, which continues to uplift and support the mission of Son of a Saint. 🙌 Together, we’re making a lasting impact in the lives of our mentees, one event at a time. Congratulations to September's Men of the Month!

Son of a Saint is thrilled to announce that Capital One, a longstanding supporter of the organization, has generously provided 50 memberships to Tulane University’s Riptide’s Kids Club presented by Raising Cane’s, for mentees of Son of a Saint who are in 6th grade or younger. The Riptide’s Kids Club is a special program that offers young fans access to exclusive Tulane Green Wave experiences and souvenirs. To commemorate this incredible opportunity, the team from Capital One, along with Tulane’s beloved Green Wave mascot, Riptide, visited the Son of a Saint Clubhouse. The visit included a fun-filled meet and greet with mentees, as well as the distribution of some of the prize pack items included with the membership. This hands-on engagement not only brought smiles to the faces of Son of a Saint youth but also underscored Capital One’s unwavering commitment to supporting the organization and its mission.

Our Son of a Saint mentees had an unforgettable time cheering on the Tulane Green Wave and LSU Tigers at recent football games. Big thanks to our partners and volunteers for giving our boys these incredible opportunities!
