Happy Giving Tuesday! My nonprofit Sol Sisters, Inc. had the privilege of serving 7 women via the Si Se Puede Collective in San Jose, CA. These courageous women have experienced a variety of hardships in their lives and we wanted to give them a day where they could see themselves as beautiful, powerful, and worthy. With 25 volunteers, a loving group of sponsors, and the support of several donors like you, our Empower retreat was a great success. This event was the beginning of an even greater effort. It’s time to continue to touch more lives through Sol’s services. This Giving Tuesday, help us reach our $15,000 crowdfunding goal to provide a variety of services to even more underresourced women within our Si Se Puede Collective Partnership. Here is where your giving will go: $50-1 Target gift card for basic needs $100-1 professional development workshop with a Sol Sisters Career Coach $200-2 therapy sessions with a Sol Sisters licensed clinician $500-6 month mentorship with a Sol Sisters Career Coach and Life Coach $1000-towards a Sol Sisters Enrich Program Manager to run 2024 programs. We are also seeking individual and corporate match opportunities to help us reach our $30,000 goal! Will you help us transform the lives of deserving women in 2024? Board and committee member applications for Sol Sisters, Inc. close this Friday! If you are looking for opportunities to serve marginalized, under-resourced women in the Bay Area, please consider applying or pass on to your networks. I founded Sol Sisters in 2013 as a new therapist seeking to provide services that empower women’s mental health outside of traditional talk therapy. Fast forward, this grassroots organization has served more than 5,000 women with mental health, physical health, expressive arts, and professional development services. We are seeking Bay Area folks with big hearts and capacity to serve Sol in the areas of fundraising, growing our network, and opportunities to bring on staff and eventually secure a brick and mortar space to serve even more women in need of love, care, and resources. We are a volunteer based org with big dreams and need your help to make it happen! Thank you for all of your support. https://lnkd.in/gS4BSvFq
