We all agreed that loan officers are natural educators; the next step is learning to translate that talent to video. Remember, videos aren’t about speaking to the camera—they’re about connecting with real people in a way that feels personal. Each video you create is a small building block of trust. 🤪 Not taking social media seriously? That’s a missed opportunity to connect.     NAMMBA Connect last week has left a huge impression on me. Most conferences we attend end up being mostly the same content and people on repeat. This was dramatically different.
