It's a pleasure to congratulate Camden G. on his promotion into the General Manager role at the Slick City Denver West (Lakewood) location 📣 Prior to this promotion Camden served as the Senior Assistant Manager since 2022. He made an immediate impact by overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a safe and fun environment for our guests. His leadership has been vital to the success of the Lakewood location, consistently demonstrating his ability to overcome obstacles, build a strong and motivated team, and ensure operational excellence. 💪 5️⃣ years ago, before joining Slick City, Camden began his career in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry, where he quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his dedication to guest satisfaction and team management. His drive for continuous improvement also shines through in his academic pursuits—he is currently working towards a degree in finance at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder 🎓 We are incredibly proud of Camden’s journey with us, and we know he’ll take the Lakewood park to even greater heights in his new role as General Manager. In his new position, James will take on multiple responsibilities and act as the main liaison between franchisees and SLICK SLIDE. 🤝 If you're curious about the inner workings of a Slick City Park, he's the go-to person! With five years of hands-on experience in the FEC industry and nearly two decades in various sports and recreation environments—including six years as a sports supervisor on board Royal Caribbean Cruise ships—James brings extensive operational expertise to our team. 🧠 💡 Recognized as a safety authority with a risk mitigation mindset, he will ensure that all corporate and franchise parks are under careful and knowledgeable oversight. Our commitment to promoting from within reflects our family-oriented philosophy, and elevating our first General Manager to a larger position exemplifies this principle. James will be instrumental in collaborating with franchise owners and their teams, guiding them through park design, training, maintenance, and compliance with city and state regulations. ✔ Congratulations James! 🎉
