Excited to share some recent photos as Skyline wraps up our work on the beautiful One Domino Square in Williamsburg! Skyline designed, manufactured, and installed custom casements for the lower podium of this new construction project. Featuring two interconnected residential towers, One Domino Square offers residents stunning views of the Manhattan Skyline, Statue of Liberty, and beyond.

𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥-𝐭𝐨-𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧! 160 Water Street, a former 24-story office building, has been tranformed into over 500 market-rate rental apartments. Skyline Windows was proud to play a key role in this renovation, enhancing the building’s facade with our Series 500 thermally improved inswing casement windows featuring bird-friendly glazing. We also cladded the exterior by providing custom extruded mullion covers and aluminum brake metal panels above and below each window via exterior scaffolding. We're so excited to be a part of this project. Take a look at this gorgeous high-rise in the heart of Nashville. Pullman at Gulch Union showcases a mix of traditional, architectural precast and GateLite panels accented with an array of windows allowing views from anywhere in the building. As part of the only urban district in the south to achieve LEED certification, an emphasis was placed on sustainability. Project Highlight: 991 St. John’s Place, Brooklyn Excited to share our latest project, The Gregory at 991 Saint John’s Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. This unique transformation took a historic 1921 school building and turned it into a luxury residential development. This gut rehab project involved revamping the old school and adding new construction to create high-end residential units with high ceilings, modern finishes, and expansive windows as key design elements. Skyline Windows is proud to have manufactured and installed Custom DH100, DL97, and Series 1700 windows and doors with custom profiles and finishes. The Gregory is now a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury, setting a new standard for residential living in Brooklyn. Skyline Windows is proud to have contibuted to 30-55 Vernon Boulevard in Queens, a new construction project with waterfront views of the East River. Our team expertly installed Series 500-4.5 and 1704.5 systems, utilizing jamb receptors to meet the sequence of construction. We also provided custom extruded picture frames on the exterior that perfectly align with the architectural vision. This project features a combination of punched openings and window wall, with a significant portion of the facade’s glazing designed to be bird-friendly.
