Starting this week, the Backcountry Bar & Grill is extending hours to accommodate visitors for Fall Foliage chairlift rides! Adjusted hours include: 🍁 Open for lunch at 11:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, continuing through dinner. 🍁 Now open on Sundays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 🍁 On Monday, October 14th, we’ll be open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM for the holiday. These hours will be in place until October 27th, with modified hours on Saturday, October 26th for Oktoberfest from 12:00 - 5:00 PM (ticketed event). 🍁 Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Tenney Mountain Scenic Lift Rides will be closed to the public this weekend September 27 – 29th. We want to thank everyone who has expressed interest, even pre-bought tickets for this weekend. We understand this may be disappointing and will reach out to each of you to honor your commitment. This decision was not made lightly and we look forward to welcoming everyone for October weekends to enjoy even better fall foliage as we head towards peak viewing. Our hearts are broken for Nolan, Matt, his mother Stephanie, the Trottier family, and our entire Tenney community who knew and loved Nolan. We lost one of our own this past weekend, and to say that we will miss Nolan is an understatement. Nolan was an important part of Tenney Mountain. Managing the terrain park in the winter months, and helping his Dad, Matt, with improvements throughout the summer — year-round Nolan helped to maintain our beautiful mountain. He was a hardworking, dedicated member of the Tenney family who we have been proud to watch grow into a leader on our team. Everyone enjoyed having him around and he will be deeply missed.
