Good news for employers: Wage growth is slowing. Bad news for employers: It’s harder to recruit employees away from their current employers when you can’t offer 10%-30% raises. In fact, it’s not clear raises would be sufficient despite slowing wage growth. A recent biotech survey conducted by Simply Biotech revealed that just 30% of employees cited salary as the most important factor in choosing their next job.
