This position will support the Intelligence Officer Course (AFSC 14N), delivering instruction and developing courseware in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR)-related subjects. The role involves both classroom teaching and the creation of updated training materials to ensure intelligence professionals are well-equipped for global joint-force missions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide instructional support for various ISR-related subjects, including: - Intelligence Fundamentals and Briefings - Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) - Mission Planning, Geospatial Services, Targeting Cycle, and Collection Management - Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) - Adversary Order of Battle and Unified Combatant Command Operations - Intelligence Report Writing and Integrated Field Training Exercises (FTX) - Collaborate with active-duty instructors to provide course flexibility and maintain high-quality instruction. - Develop, modify, and deliver courseware, adhering to Air Education and Training Command (AETC) instructions. - Utilize intelligence systems such as SIPRNet and JWICS for research and course development. - Record student progress using the AETC Learning Management System (LMS) with a 95% accuracy rate. - Provide Special Individualized Assistance (SIA) to students, ensuring they meet course standards. Qualifications: - Minimum of an Associate’s Degree. - Possess an active TS/SCI clearance (or be eligible). - Graduate of the AETC Basic Instructor Course (or equivalent). - Graduate of the AETC AFSC-awarding course for Intelligence Officer (14N) or equivalent (1NX AFSC, sister-service, or NGA equivalent). - Strong communication skills and experience in classroom instruction.
