We're thrilled to share that 5 out of 6 cells are now ready to help our customer with labor demands! 🌟 In collaboration with our partners at InLine Motion, operating under our i2 Group, we've just completed the installation of a massive automated carton packing cell. This powerhouse is designed to pack a jaw-dropping 720 cans per minute, featuring a single-button changeover for carton size, accommodating up to four flavors of products, and boasting an operator-friendly easy-fill infeed. 📦 (Cheesy marketing slogan here)... But that's not all! Our system is equipped with dynamic ANDON lighting to keep you updated on machine status, and we have a host of other innovative features up our sleeves, soon to be unveiled. 😎 Currently, we're in the final stretch of training and providing production support, with just two to three more weeks to go.
