School is starting again soon and there's lots of feelings that come along with that! Some students are ready and excited to see friends and classmates again...while others are stressed and anxious to go back to structure and homework. Either way, their feelings are valid! Take some time to think about how you will help them learn to #MakeTimeForYourMind and put some self-care practices into place. Share some of your ideas in the comments below! #theshinema #mentalhealth #mindmatters #backtoschoolselfcare

We’re excited to share that we received a grant from the CVS Health Foundation to help us strengthen our impact within the #Massachusetts community as part of their Hometown Fund. With this funding, we will be able to continue promoting mental health literacy, suicide awareness and self-care & wellness in our schools and communities to encourage young people to use their voices and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health! Thank you, #CVSHealth! #theshinema #mindmatters #MakeTimeForYourMind

Throwback to when Shine attended the Noah Kahan concerts at Fenway Park in July and partnered with The Busyhead Project to bring awareness and support to mental health. We can’t wait to hear more and love seeing how the conversation keeps growing! #theshinema #mindmatters #maketimeforyourmind

As we wrap up BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month, we remind ourselves that supporting education, wellness, prevention and stigma reduction in our historically marginalized communities is something we need to do *every* day of the year. We've highlighted some trailblazers in the field of mental health and some resources dedicated to the BIPOC community to get you started! #theshinema #BIPOCmentalhealth #mindmatters #MakeTimeForYourMind

We loved having students from Nativity School of Worcester visit our Shine offices today as part of their Youth Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) summer session! We had a chance to show them around our space, let them write positive messages on our windows and tell them a bit about what we do each day. We love the vibe that young people bring and can't wait to see what else they learn this summer about our Woo community! #theshinema #youthmentalhealth #MakeTimeForYourMind
