Sharing Connexion could not have the impact that it does without the help of our volunteers like Bobby Bolyard who have helped us continue our mission to provide affordable housing organizations and nonprofits with real estate expertise, funding, and preservation.    Here is a little short note from Bobby about how he initially got involved with Sharing Connexion – "I couldn't help but buy into Sharing Connexion's vision after meeting Ed before a family planning conference at the University of Denver. Ed and I were the first two people to arrive, and during that time, he shared his story with me. He told me how he began his career in apartment deals, recounted his years in Chicago, and, most importantly, conveyed his passion for his current venture, Sharing Connexion. Sharing Connexion had the privilege this week to partner again with Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable and The Denver Foundation through a collaborative webinar. This webinar entitled, “Leveling Up Philanthropy through Gifts of Real Estate” was presented by our own Steve Shineman, MBA, CFP® and Rachel Spory-Leek, CSPG from The Denver Foundation. Through this event, Steve and Rachel were able to share their expertise with many individuals from organizations across the state of Colorado on how to handle these gifts and were able to talk about the benefits that come with using a program such as Sharing Connexion’s Real Estate Donation program.
