Senior Flexonics engineers, validates, and manufactures thermal management and fluid conveyance products for ALL LAND VEHICLES (Electric, Hybrid, Gas, and on/off-road Heavy-Duty Diesel), Medical/Healthcare, Oil/Gas, Instrumentation/Controls, Land-Based Turbine and Microturbine, Fuel Cell and Vacuum/Semiconductor. Thermal management, waste heat recovery, and fluid conveyance products for land vehicles include Electric Vehicle (EV) battery cooling, IGBT cooling, exhaust flex, metal engine bellows, diesel EGR coolers, turbo oil drain tubes, high pressure diesel fuel tubes, and common rail injection systems.     ROLE: Business System Analyst LOCATION: Bartlett, Illinois SALARY: $65,000 - 90,000 annually - Full-time (Onsite 8-5 Monday-Friday)   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Develop and maintain an accurate understanding of Senior Flexonics business practices and utilization/application within the Syteline system. · Provide business support and maintenance for solutions in the Senior Flexonics Syteline solution. · Define and document any new business requirements, needs, and processes tied to solutions. · Assist in the testing, configuration, administration, validation, and training of solutions. · Act as the liaison between business personnel and internal technical resources with regards to business practices and solutions within the Syteline environment. · Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes that drive continuous improvement in business processes and system capabilities. · Act as an internal process improvement consultant for internal groups looking to maximize their process, documentation and other work products surrounding user needs and requirements. · Ensure adherence to security best practices and controls as related to solutions.     ROLE: EHS Specialist LOCATION: Senior Flexonics Bartlett - 300 E Devon Ave, Bartlett, IL 60103 SALARY: $62,000 - 75,000 annually – Full time. 9am to 5:30pm Mon to Fri / Sat and Sun on call. JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The EHS Specialist works with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager in developing, implementing and monitoring the plant’s overall environmental and safety programs and initiatives to ensure a positive, safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment. While having a general knowledge company-wide, this position will focus on compliance monitoring and reporting in all areas of the company. This position would also respond to emergency situations when they arise and will support EHS operations and staff to foster a zero-tolerance culture and ensure compliance. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: ·       Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to report to onsite management teams and corporate-based reporting systems, ·       Complete, document, and submit required EHS reports, ·       Perform root cause analysis to address underlying issues related to EHS, ·       Conduct risk assessments related to jobs performed by employees and suggest risk mitigation strategies through the Job Safety Analysis process, ·       Recommend and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics, ·       Conduct EHS training including new employees, ·       Train and assist managers and employees in completing their safety and 5S audits, ·       Coach management and employees at all levels to ensure compliance with all EHS program expectations and applicable federal & state laws, ·       Conduct safety inspections, issue corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive CAPA closure, ·       Respond to and investigate EHS-related incidents ·       Maintain safety and environmental records including OSHA, WC, ISO14001, and regulatory compliance, ·       As needed, fill in for EHS Manager, ·       Conduct ISO14001 internal audits, issue and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) ·       Perform other duties, as assigned EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: ·       Bachelor’s degree in safety or environmental field ·       4+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment ·       2 years of Safety experience in First Aid procedures ·       Certification 30-Hour Card ·       ISO 14001 Auditor certification ·       First Aid/CPR certified/AED ·       Experience in accident investigation ·       Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations ·       Ability to think clearly and respond quickly in emotional or medical incidents. ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·       Proficiency in public speaking ·       Note: Please see full job description Schedule may vary based on business demands and will require a combination of office hours as well as work performed after hours.     Role: Senior Manufacturing Engineer Location: Senior Flexonics Bartlett - 300 E Devon Ave, Bartlett, IL 60103 Salary: $95000 annually. Onsite – 40 Hours per week 8 am to 5pm. JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have responsibility for leading the manufacturing development of assemblies, products, etc. The Manufacturing Engineer supports and/or leads Project Teams in the development of new processes and equipment. The Manufacturing Engineer is also responsible for effective and efficient project planning. KEY RESULTS: Manufacturing Support & Process Development: ·       Review internal and external designs for manufacturability. ·       Processes that are typical to our manufacturing, process include welding, brazing, machining, fabrication, forming, and assembly. ·       Develop new processes to both improve current products as well as allow for the launch of new products. ·       Take these process development ideas through the launch phase. Capital & Tooling Procurement: ·       Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods. ·       Develop manufacturing work cells and procure the necessary capital and tooling to successfully build end-use products. ·       Manage all portions of the capital acquisition process including CER development through the final implementation and sign-off of the equipment. Continuous Improvement: ·       Ability to work on teams with a creative mind for continually improving processes/systems using Lean methodologies and concepts. ·       Identify and work to implement continuous improvement concepts and ideas. Project Planning: ·       Ability to plan projects from start to finish using project management tools. ·       Demonstrate ability to identify project requirements, divide projects into manageable tasks and deliverables while mitigating risks and obstacles to ensure the plan is completed on time. Advanced Product Quality Compliance (APQP): ·       Fulfill all ME portions of overall APQP for large projects and, at times lead overall APQP documentation for responsible projects. ·       Coordinate with necessary internal resources to complete tasks and ensure proper documentation.
