As we witness the staggering impact of Hurricane Helene, our hearts are with all the families and businesses who have suffered. The Sempra Foundation stands with communities in Southeastern United States and is donating $25,000 to Team Rubicon, a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves communities before, during and after disasters and crises. The donation will support Team Rubicon’s mobilization of veterans, civilians and first responders across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, including the Team’s ongoing road clearance activities that are helping reopen roadways for first responders to reach those in need. The Sempra Foundation has a long history of supporting disaster relief efforts — including wildfires, hurricanes and earthquakes — across the country. As of 2024, the Foundation has donated more than $3 million to disaster relief efforts. Together, we can overcome any storm, any adversity that comes our way. #HurricaneHelene

Day in and day out, Sempra companies are connecting communities to the energy and ideas advancing a better future for all.
#TeamSoCalGas and our VP of Construction & Red Cross board member, Devin Zornizer, teamed up with American Red Cross Los Angeles Region to assemble 500 hygiene kits for veterans and write words of encouragement for service members abroad. We salute and honor those who bravely serve our country.

Sempra's focus on responsible and sustainable water stewardship, regularly monitoring water use and quality, helps protect this shared resource.
Generating the energy needed to power our region takes water. 💧 We’re committed to conserving this precious resource by reducing freshwater use and increasing recycled water use at our facilities. Last year, we used 84% recycled water across our facilities, including at Palomar Energy Center, where we can generate up to 500+ MW of power for our community. By embracing sustainable practices, we are conserving water and securing a reliable energy future. 🌍💪

🎒 ✏️ Cheers to a new year of learning & education as our Super Safe Kids traveling roadshow gears up to join students this new school year! We’re ready to educate a new class of students about electric safety, share our award-winning safety program with students & serve our Texas communities. #OncorSuperSafeKids. Last school year, we celebrated our 250th Super Safe Kids live show, and in its first six years, the program has reached over 50 independent school districts and some 125,000 students. We're grateful to the many schools, administrators and teachers who share their time with us to bring real-world safety skills to thousands of young students each year.
